Options are available for a cuffed full length sleeve, or an elasticated short sleeve which is designed to sit at the bicep. The pattern can be cut as a dress, finishing at mid-calf, or as a top, finishing at low hip. Paint features simple construction, a bound neckline with centre-back closure, side seam pockets and a deep turned back hem to complete the look. Sizing: NZ 4 - 32 size range. Unfortunately, we are unable to grade size extensions to our patterns at the moment, due to resource restrictions in our HQ team. If you have any questions relating to sizing or size extensions, please get in touch.
We recommend referring to both the garment measurements and the body measurements when selecting a size, regardless of what size you wear in ready-to-wear clothing. This is not a close fitting style. A hand made garment is a considerable investment and we always recommend sewing a toile (sample garment) in a calico fabric (or similar) prior to cutting your final cloth. This will ensure you have the opportunity to make any alterations in length or fit to the pattern using an inexpensive fabric. Sewing a toile requires additional time, but we consider this time well spent.
