If you have purchased online from us before signing up please use the form below and we can backdate your points balance.

The Online Loyalty Club is for online purchases only and cannot be transferred across to our in store Loyalty Card system. Our card & stamp system in stores cannot be used for online purchases.

Points Update Request

Please use the form here if your loyalty points need updating.

We can backdate points from all your previous purchases, this is for purchases placed online before you activated or signed up to your Online Store account. Please note purchases made through our bricks and mortar stores in New Zealand and Australia do not qualify for online loyalty points.

We can also transfer points if you purchased from our NZD website - thefabricstoreonline.com.

Earn Points On Purchases

Every $1 USD (~75p) spent on products earns you 1 point. Please note points cannot be earned on gift vouchers or shipping charges.

Once you earn 500 points, you can then can exchange those 500 points for a $30 USD coupon. If you prefer to keep saving you can choose can exchange 1000 points for a $70 USD coupon, or 2000 points for a $150 USD coupon instead!

Once you have exchanged your points, your balance will be adjusted and a voucher code will be emailed to your account email address. Online Loyalty Club coupon codes are automatically generated as a unique single use code and have no expiry. Only one code can be used at a time so please note the Loyalty Club coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any code based promotion. Loyalty Club coupon codes cannot be applied to already discounted products. Simply enter the code at checkout and the coupon value will be deducted from the total of the full priced items in your cart (excluding shipping charges).

Refer A Friend

Give $10, get $10 with referrals!

Simply share your referral link with a friend who has not shopped online with us before and they will get $10 USD (~£7.50) off their first order!

Once they have used their code, you'll automatically get a $10 USD coupon to use on your next order.

You'll need to be logged in to access your referral link, it is situated at the bottom of the Loyalty Club pop-up. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you give, and no expiry to the coupons either.
