Standard Service:
Our standard service gives NZ Post the authority to leave your order in a safe spot if you are not at home at time of delivery. We strongly advise using our Special Instructions box at cart to provide delivery instructions when possible. You can customise your delivery with NZ Post to suit your needs, choose Parcel Leave, Parcel Redirect or Parcel Collect to ensure you get your order delivered first time.

Signature Required Service:
For extra security and peace of mind for your order, the signature of the addressee or the person accepting the delivery can be collected by NZ Post for a small additional charge of $2. Once the item has been delivered, you can view the signature online via the tracking tool which can then be emailed or printed for future reference.

NZ Post - Rural Delivery:
With access to New Zealand Post’s network, we can deliver to over 200,000 rural delivery addresses. Please note that delivering to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

Sample only orders:
We no longer offer a free postal option for a our sample service to ROW countries. Unfortunately, we have found sample orders have more often than not been lost in transit to these countries and consequently can only offer our tracked, DHL Express service for all products. If you would like to have your samples sent via untracked, stamped mail, please email support@thefabricstoreonline.com and we can organize this for you. Note, by choosing this free post option we cannot guarantee successful delivery of your samples and are unable to supply replacements in this case.

All orders are shipped from our New Zealand HQ therefore all purchases from outside New Zealand qualify as international and may be subject to duties and taxes. The full cost of shipping your order (even if you are not paying your shipping yourself) may also be included as part of the total value of your parcel and may contribute to tax and duty thresholds and charges.
