Our website offers payment in USD, CAD, EUR and GBP and auto-assigns a currency to you based on your location. If your local currency is not offered you are welcome to pay using Paypal which offers payment in local currency.
We express ship via DHL express, across the EU. Orders are processed within 3 business days**, reaching your doorstep within a week days of placing your order.
Most EU orders over €155* qualify for FREE SHIPPING via DHL express. Orders under this threshold are shipped ~€35.
All online orders are sent from New Zealand.
When purchasing from us from the EU, if your order is under €150, tax will now be automatically collected at checkout (previously this was collected when your parcel entered Europe). Therefore, all the prices shown throughout the website, before checkout, do not include tax.
What does this mean? When you shop online with us, as long as your order total is less than €150, you will have no extra fees to pay to get your parcel, easy!**
If your order is over €150, tax and customs duties will be payable when your parcel enters the EU instead. DHL will automatically pay money owed on a shipment on behalf of the receiver to Customs and they therefore charge a fee for the money they are lending and also the cost to collect the charge from the customer, this is called an Advance Payment Surcharge. DHL will contact you directly to collect any fees owing, you can read more about the fees here.
Good news! Orders under €150 are duty free.
All orders over €150 may be subject to duty, which will be collected by DHL Express and will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. You can read more about this here. We wish to provide an alternative to local fabric shops in Europe, however, we cannot absorb the extra costs incurred by customs.

For those who prefer to view our fabrics in person before commiting, we offer fabric samples for purchase. These are sent free of charge via standard post, across Europe, or customers can choose an express service for ~€35.
